Das Ladeschloss „Lock & Load“ sorgt dafür, dass einE-Bike sicher in seiner Station aufbewahrt wird während es lädt. Als ein Hybrid aus Anschlussmechanismus und Schloss ist es vor allem ausgelegt für moderne, adaptive Sharing Systeme im öffentlichen Raum.
Die souveränen Bewegungsabläufe vom Anschließen und Laden werden vereint, und so ist der Verschluss intuitiv bedienbar. Dieser Bewegungsablauf wurde durch grüne Akzentuierte Farbgestaltung untermauert. Während des Ladevorgangs ist das das Schloss abgesperrt, kann aber jederzeit mit einem Smartphone geöffnet werden. Selbstverständlich funktioniert der Mechanismus auch ausserhalb der Ladenstation, sodass man mit dem Schloss das Fahrrad verschließen, und den Akku am Rahmen befestigen kann.
Außerhalb der Ladestation kann das Ladeschloss auch gewöhnliches Schloss benutzt werden.
